After you install “Gravity Forms” you can install one free plugin called “Gravity Forms Directory & Addons”.

How to add contact form to your wordpress blog, to your page or menu or post? Very simple! You have the new icon when you install gravity forms. When you click new post or new page, you have a new little icon above text editor, in section “Upload/Insert” . Usually these are 5, You have 4 already: Add image, Add video, Add audio and Add media. And now, you have inserted little button for forms.

When you install it, you will have this plugin options under Settings section.In Form output you will get the shortcode. Copy this shortcode and paste into any Post or Page, and you will have your forms visible.
